SpkrFlow ("we", "us") is an AI booking manager for professional speakers, operated by Stratus Global Holdings, LLC. Contact: admin@philstringer.com.
Your account details (name, email), your speaker profile (topics, audiences, fee preferences, bio, competitors, past clients), materials you upload (headshots, one-sheets, kits), and the pitches, applications, and research the product generates for you. We also collect standard technical logs needed to run the service.
If you connect a Gmail account, SpkrFlow uses Google's APIs to: (1) send pitch emails you have individually reviewed and approved, from the address you choose; (2) read only the email threads of pitches SpkrFlow sent, solely to detect whether the recipient replied so we can stop follow-ups and update your outbox; and (3) read your send-as settings so you can choose which alias to send from.
SpkrFlow's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Gmail data for advertising, do not sell it, do not use it to train generalized AI or machine-learning models, and no humans read it except with your explicit permission, for security purposes, or as required by law. You can disconnect Gmail at any time in Settings, which deletes our stored tokens.
Your profile, materials, and event research are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to draft pitches, fill applications, and run research on your behalf. API inputs and outputs are processed under Anthropic's commercial terms and are not used by Anthropic to train models.
We share data only with the processors that run the product: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Anthropic (AI), Stripe (payments), and Google (when you connect Gmail). We never sell your data.
We keep your data while your account is active. Email admin@philstringer.com to delete your account and all associated data; we complete deletion within 30 days.
