SpkrFlow, operated by Stratus Global Holdings, LLC, is software that helps speakers find and pursue speaking engagements: discovery, research, drafted outreach, and application assistance. SpkrFlow is a tool, not an agent or employment procurer — you review and approve what goes out under your name, and bookings are agreements between you and event organizers.
You're responsible for the accuracy of your profile and materials, for reviewing AI-drafted content before sending or submitting it, and for complying with the terms of any third-party platform you use through SpkrFlow (including your email provider). Don't use SpkrFlow to send spam or misrepresentations.
Drafts, research, fee suggestions, and estimates are AI-generated assistance, provided as-is — verify facts (especially contacts, deadlines, and figures) before relying on them. Fee recommendations are not financial advice.
Paid plans bill through Stripe monthly or annually until canceled. 30-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription payment: email admin@philstringer.com within 30 days of first payment for a full refund. Founding Member setup fees are refundable within 30 days unless onboarding has been delivered.
SpkrFlow is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for lost bookings, lost profits, or third-party actions.
You can cancel anytime. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service. We'll post term changes here; continued use after changes is acceptance. Governing law: Texas, USA.
